WHAT WERE YOU WATCHING? February 25 2010
We found ourselves debating over another topic the other day: top childhood movies. This one - I think - was even more difficult than our last banter. I would have been a lot more satisfied if I could pick my top 10, but we only pick 6 (hence the many honorable mentions, again). Here are our favorite movies we watched as kids.
ME: The Karate Kid, An American Tail, Back to the Future, The Last Dragon, Moonwalker, and The Lost Boys
Honorable mention: BIG, Hook, Howard the Duck, Walk Like a Man, The Great Outdoors, The Adventures of Babysitting, and Teenwitch
KIM: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Karate Kid, The Little Mermaid, Star Wars, The Sound of Music, and The Care Bears Movie
Honorable mention: An American Tail and Hook
JON: The Karate Kid, The Last Dragon, Masters of the Universe, See No Evil Hear No Evil, Gulliver’s Travels, and Alice through the Looking Glass
Honorable mention: BIG and Howard the Duck
BOJO: Back to the Future, The Karate Kid, Top Gun, Problem Child, BIG, and Jaws
One thing is for sure here…Danielson and Mr. Miyagi are TIMELESS.
