We made the trek to Oxnard for the grand opening of the second White Rabbit location (they cook up Filipino fusion cuisine). I’m so proud of these guys; their success has really catapulted, and they’re already telling me about the next city they plan to invade early next year. I remember when they had their soft truck opening - it was at Little Temple during a Rhythm Natives show. We all geeked over the menu. I mean, sisig burritos and white chocolate champurado? The truck did so well that they expanded to a brick and mortar in Canoga Park. Fast forward two years later: the truck is still running all over town, they’ve been featured on the Travel Channel, and White Rabbit #2 is now open. I told you it catapulted.
