COME TOGETHER, RIGHT NOW. OVER ME. February 5 2010

You remember The Big Pill, right? They are the funk band we’ve been collaborating with for over a year now. Two members of the band, Gabe (percussion) and Jake (tenor sax), joined the Rhythm Natives at their rehearsal last night for a jam session. Kim and I geeked out over this; the two bands that we affiliate ourselves with came together. Is it right if I say it was “music to my ears”?

Catch Rhythm Natives playing live at Little Temple for Sonido Sundays on February 7. It’s their first show of the year, and we’re deeming it as LA’s Official Super Bowl Afterpartaaaay.
