ALL I DO IS EAT, EAT, EAT June 29 2011
So I’m once again clearing out my memory card and find all. these. pictures. of. food. And, they were all taken in the last couple weeks.
Street. I was really excited to eat here. I was intrigued by Susan Feniger’s concept for this restaurant - taking some of the best street foods from all over the world and putting her own spin on it. Whenever I travel, I make it a point to try those simple, unpretentious meals. But Street didn’t do it for me. The selection of food was eh, and most of what we tried was just alright. Chalk it up to experience.
At LIFESWELL last week, my cousin and her girls brought mini ube cupcakes for the team. They were gone in minutes.
Wurstküche. I’ve tried the rattlesnake, the hot link, the alligator, and this last time I tried the duck. Honestly, they all taste the same to me. If they didn’t have Mr. QCumber soda (!!!) or truffle oil fries, I would walk a few blocks and get a dirty dog.
Tangier. All you can eat Korean BBQ is all you need to know. Oh, and they have good soju.
