COME TO FRUITION February 4 2009
After Real World Seattle and Irene's frequent relapses with Lyme Disease, I hardly paid any attention to MTV. And then I was introduced to Rob and Big, who were responsible for a lot of my LOLs last year. If you don't know, the show is about the dailies of Rob Dyrdek, professional skater, and Christopher "Big Black" Boykin, his bodyguard. The show ended with the two friends parting ways, and I was pretty sad about it.But with end comes beginning, and premiering next week is Rob's new show, "Fantasy Factory". He turns fantasy into reality in a 25,000 square foot funhouse equipped with basketball courts, launchpads, halfpipes, and more. MTV called it a place "where he and his friends work hard to delay growing up". Rob Dyrdek, you are my hero.
