CHANGE January 21 2009 CA New Releases
In November '08, we toyed with the idea of releasing a t-shirt that coincided with Obama's campaign. It seemed like everyone gave into the hype, so we put that idea on the back burner. In December '08, we were faced with the task of releasing the second t-shirt under the Buy 1, Give 1 model. We weren't sold on any of our own designs and concepts, and again pushed that release back. It's now January, and we've just put our new tee in the shop.We thought to combine both situations, using the political climate as inspiration. We are believers in small steps, and know that once you begin your own crusade of change you will see it following around you. It also fits quite well with the charity. Children are learning skills that are not available to them in their own home. They are in fact changing the norm, and seeing that there is more to life than poverty and abuse.
On sale now is Change. It'll hit Beatrock and Backside by the weekend.
